Core Obstacles (10 Standard Items): Include Straight Balance, Clear Jump, Zig-Zag Balance, High Wall, Double Ditch, Right Hand Vault, Left Hand Vault, Gate Vault, and Ramps. Field Application: These exercises build the ability to overcome physical barriers, enhance patience, and strengthen mental robustness to handle high-stress situations. Safety Measures: Training is conducted under the supervision of qualified instructors, starting with PT dress before advancing to gear and weapons. Common Obstacles Description: High Wall: A 6-foot-high brick wall requiring a running jump and climbing technique. Double Ditch: Two pits (approx. 6 ft wide, 3-4 ft deep) separated by a small gap, testing jumping ability. Zig-Zag Balance: A raised zigzagging wooden bar (1.5 to 3.5 ft high) that tests balance and coordination.
